I'm not saying you shouldn't have emotions, or show it when you're upset, but if you bring up a conversation with him, try to keep it something positive. so you're smiling and you're face is glowing, you guys are laughing together. Cause, if you laugh together, you're bonding. He doesn't even realize it, but you are. Also girls, it's important to stroke a man's ego. So, if you notice he's really good at something, don't be afraid to tell him. Be like, "Hey, you've got a really good jump shot, that's pretty good, maybe you could teach me sometime." Easy, complimentary, and it opens the door for you guys to hang out or talk more. How simple is that? And if he acts weird, whatever, he's got weird hair anyway. You don't need to date him. Also ladies, it's important to remember that you are very mature at this age, but boys, not so much. This, unfortunately, might be a theme throughout your life. Girls are always going to be more mature and more thoughtful than boys are. So, cut them some slack. If a guy still treats you like you guys are 10 years old and just buddies on the playground, he might just not be that mature yet. Don't take it personally.
